Gramona Gessamí is an organic white wine and a vegan wine made by the Gramona winery from the Gewürztraminer, Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties, located in the D.O. Penedès.
For the production of Gramona Gessamí, cold prefermentative film macerations are carried out for maximum aromatic extraction followed by a gentle pressing in which only the flower must is extracted. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Stop cold fermentation in order to preserve the remaining six grams of sugar per liter.
In sight, it is pale with bright greenish reflections. It has a great aromatic intensity. As if it were a spring walk, it reminds us of the smell of a bouquet of white flowers, jasmine, orange blossom, roses, aniseed and hints of chamomile infusion. In the mouth it is a wine with a friendly entry, light body, silky on the way. It closes a fantastic acidity that brings great freshness.
