Honeymoon is a young organic white wine from Penedès made by Parés Baltà with the Parellada grape variety.
This vegan white wine is a fruity Parellada monovarietal that seduces at first sip due to its intensity, aroma and freshness. This organic white wine comes from vineyards cultivated with biodynamic agriculture. The harvest is done manually and the pressing of the grapes is done with a pneumatic press, to maintain the highest quality in the extraction of the must.
