Olbieta reflects the characteristics and essence of the Mediterranean wines. Vines are situated at high altitude and not far from the Mediterranean coast. Olbieta is a blend of Garnacha, Carignan and Syrah.
Fresh and aromatic. Pear, lychee, white flowers, fennel and citrus. Dry, lively, and very good persistence in the mouth.
Cheerful wine, for aperitifs. Also with peach gazpacho, grilled sardines, Catalan-style peas.
