10.000 Hores Blanc Floral is a young organic white wine from the Penedès produced by Oliver Viticultors with the Muscat and Sauvignon Blanc.
For 10,000 hours they have looked at the sky and stepped on the earth, 10,000 hours of sun and moon, of cold and heat, of rain and drought, 10,000 hours of work and effort, of suffering and satisfaction, 10,000 hours since they pruned the vineyard until that the harvested grape ends up inside this bottle. 10,000 hours of life that you have in your hands with this vegan white wine.
The 10.000 Hores Blanc Floral has a clean and bright appearance, with a pale gold color with greenish reflections. On the nose it presents a great aromatic intensity, recalling aromas of white fruit such as pineapple, lemon, lychee, banana, peach... On the palate it shows a very silky and elegant entry.
In the coupage of varieties, the aim is for the wine to have a good structure as well as a sweet and unctuous mid palate. In the aftertaste we find citrus notes that make it fresh, lively and not loaded at all.
10,000 Hores Blanc Floral has a good balance between alcohol and acidity, which makes it a very pleasant wine on the palate.
