Jean Leon 3055 Chardonnay is an organic white wine and a vegan wine made by the Jean Leon winery, which belongs to the D.O. Penedès. It is an organic wine and a young, fresh and daring vegan wine, this single varietal of Chardonnay comes from vines planted in 1991 in their vineyards. The number 3055 represents Jean Leon's taxi driver's license in New York and reveals the man behind the legend, the humble origin of an idealist who achieved his dream of founding the most famous restaurant in Hollywood and making a wine with his name.
A bright, fresh and fruity white wine for modern palates. It is made with Chardonnay grapes from his estate. It is characterized by its intense notes of tropical fruit and its long and persistent aftertaste. Fresh, long and elegant on the palate, with a long and balanced finish.
Perfect with seafood, octopus and cuttlefish. Good companion for grilled blue fish, sole or hake.

Wines made from grapes from centuries-old vineyards located in the municipality of Matapozuelos, famous for producing some of the best Verdejo grapes.
Their wines offer the opportunity to discover aromas and flavors that we are not used to perceiving. Elegance alludes to the balance and harmony of all these scents, flavors and textures. Complexity refers to the immense amount of sensations in this wine.
All its wines and cavas have been made from vineyards of sustainable agriculture and the flower must of the grape.
They use indigenous grape varieties such as Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada as references, as they are the hallmarks of their territory.
Having cultivated delicately for generations gives them the best possible fruits, high quality wines and cavas.
