Miquel Pons Brut Nature is a Brut Nature Cava made with the Xarel.lo, Parellada and Macabeo grape varieties by Caves Miquel Pons.
This Brut Nature Cava is made according to the traditional method (second fermentation in bottle). This cava, aged for a minimum of 18 months, has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Follow the same production process until the time of disgorging. On the nose, fruity aromas also give way to notes of aging. On the palate there are white fruit, a light touch of toast and the delicate freshness provided by the perfect blend of traditional varieties that give the right unctuousness in the mouth, with the creamy bubble typical of Miquel Pons cavas.
