Tresolmos Verdejo is an organic white wine and a vegan wine made by Bodega Garciarévalo, located in the D.O. Rueda.
Grapes from sandy soils, and using the cryomaceration system for their elaboration.
This Verdejo grape monovarietal organic white wine and vegan wine is straw yellow in color with greenish reflections and a very bright disc. Noble aromas, very clean and defined: pear, pineapple and rose petals that give way to the classic aniseed and fresh fennel nuance. Memories of citrus. On the palate it is soft and honeyed, with great meatiness that pleasantly envelops the mouth and fills us with freshness, a lively, nervous mid palate with a peculiar bitter finish loaded with the unique character of Verdejo. Very long persistence. Noble wine full of character that will delight the most demanding palates.
Try it with fish with a strong flavor such as bonito or salmon, or dare to do it with fine cheeses that are not very strong.
Serving temperature: between 8º and 10ºC.

Their wines offer the opportunity to discover aromas and flavors that we are not used to perceiving. Elegance alludes to the balance and harmony of all these scents, flavors and textures. Complexity refers to the immense amount of sensations in this wine.
All its wines and cavas have been made from vineyards of sustainable agriculture and the flower must of the grape.
They use indigenous grape varieties such as Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada as references, as they are the hallmarks of their territory.
Many wines have something to tell. But very few have a story like Jean Leon's behind.
Having cultivated delicately for generations gives them the best possible fruits, high quality wines and cavas.
