El Pecado de Raúl Pérez es uno de los vinos más exclusivos y emblemáticos de la DO Ribera Sacra. Elaborado a partir de cepas centenarias de Mencía plantadas en pronunciadas laderas graníticas, expresa con gran pureza el carácter de su origen. Presenta una intensa complejidad aromática, con notas de frutos rojos maduros, flores silvestres, especias y delicados matices minerales. En boca destaca por su elegancia, profundidad y extraordinaria concentración, manteniendo siempre una gran frescura. Sus taninos finos y perfectamente integrados aportan una textura sedosa y envolvente. Es un vino de producción muy limitada, elaborado con una filosofía artesanal y un profundo respeto por el viñedo. Su equilibrio entre potencia y sutileza lo convierte en una referencia entre los grandes vinos españoles. Un vino único, capaz de evolucionar y ganar complejidad durante muchos años en botella.
