So Negre is an organic red wine from Penedès made by the Castellroig winery with the Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) grape variety, aged for 5 months in American oak barrels.
It is an organic red wine with a cherry colour, intense and bright. Very perfumed, with notes of raspberry, licorice, coffee, rosemary and candied cherries. Meaty, balanced and elegant, it maintains its softness during its long passage through the mouth. The finish is warm and leaves hints of fruit, menthol and spices.
