Embruix de Vall Llach is a red wine from Priorat made by Celler Vall Llach with the Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah grape varieties that has been aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.

It is made with bunches from vines that are mostly under 30 years old and planted on Celler properties. They are Cariñena, Garnacha, Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah vines, from farms spread over a very extensive geography, at different altitudes and orographies, and in which the insolation comes from the entire Rose of the Winds.

With these variables and the presence of 'llicorella', Celler Vall Llach obtains a highly structured and complex must that allows it to produce Embruix.
