Ekam is a white wine made by the Castell d'Encús winery with Riesling and Albariño grape varieties. This white wine from the Catalan Pyrenees will develop the cold weather Riesling complexity while aging in the bottle, always well integrated with the high acidity and long glycerine characteristics from botrytis wine.
Light straw yellow color. High intensity with floral notes of daisies, mango and grapefruit. Dry peach notes and lime citrus notes in mouth. Long with good freshness and acidity. Long, fruity and complex after taste.
