Every drop draws depth from sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, before continuing its maturation in casks from America that once held bourbon, creating a character shaped by craft and curiosity.
The Macallan Carta Nautica 20 Years Old release has travelled far. A whisky that is the crafted culmination of different continents and cultures, the contributions to its character are connected by the Atlantic Ocean, which lies at the heart of its story.
Shaped by two continents and the ocean that connects them, this whisky is created from a distinctive selection of oak casks. The meeting of sherry seasoned oak from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, and casks from America that once held bourbon creates a character defined by both craftsmanship and exploration.
