Xot dels Aspres is a red wine from the DO Empordà made with syrah, grenache and cabernet sauvignon.
Made by manual harvest and with grapes collected on their property, it rests for 8 months in Allier oak barrels. It is a wine with aromas of undergrowth and spices, fresh and enveloping with aromas of currants. In the mouth it has a perfect acidity and its touch is velvety.
