The grapes of this single varietal Chardonnay white wine come from the Mas Escorpí, Bourgignon and El Serralet estates. They use exclusively “téte de cuvée”. Spontaneous fermentation takes place between 14ºC and 15ºC for 43 days, which represents a much longer time than usual, thus obtaining an important glyceric content.
Pale yellow with bright steely greenish reflections. Wide range of aromatic fresh fruit, water pear. Tropical memories, pineapple, mango. Kiwi fruit. Citrus, lime, grapefruit, real lemon. Touches of white flowers and a very pleasant aniseed memory. In the mouth it has a fresh, medium body with fruit weight. Surprisingly glyceric that gives a lot of unctuousness to the wine. Finish with good acidity that brings great freshness.
