The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Toasted Coconut is the sixth and final release in the Harmony Collection, an exclusive edition that brings one of The Macallan’s most distinctive series to a close.
Inspired by toasted coconut, its character is built mainly around virgin American oak casks, complemented by bourbon-seasoned casks. The nose reveals toasted coconut, vanilla, white chocolate and crème caramel, followed by flavours of coconut truffle, lime, frangipane and tropical fruit, with a long, sweet and warming finish.
The release also reconnects with the TimeSpirit Dining Experience, created with the Roca brothers, and is presented in packaging made with paper incorporating coconut fibres.
A distinctive and elegant expression with added collector appeal as the definitive final chapter of the Harmony Collection.
