The Vermouth Perucchi is a unique product, since it was the first vermouth created in Spain in 1876 by Don Augustus Perucchi.

With the aim of maintaining tradition and authenticity, many of the warehouses where centuries-old soleras age are the same ones that Don Augustus Perucchi installed in the beginning. Inside each bottle of Perucchi Vermouth, there is a small percentage of vermouth that is over 150 years old.
This vermouth has more than 50 natural botanicals according to the Augustus Perucchi recipe, without preservatives or colorants and is made using the soleras system in 9,000L fudres with the mothers of 1876 and its 3-year process.
Its delicate flavor is the result of a selection of wines and mistelas from Alt Empordà, Valencia and La Mancha macerated with a special combination of more than 50 varieties of herbs, fruits and roots.
