When the world asked for a modern vermouth, its artisans made a new blend of white and red wine. Deep notes of cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon give rise to an aromatically spicy vermouth that has been awarded the world over since its inception.
The fragrance of Rosato is developed during a delicate process in its "Alambicco". Cloves from Madagascar and cinnamon from Sri Lanka are among the botanicals that are infused with alcohol and subsequently distilled in order to extract the finest and most delicate fragrances.
In the blurry notes of Luigi Rossi's old diary, we found the inspiration for a new blend of wines. Today, his artisans maintain the passion deposited in those pages.
The complex combination of flavors of a Rosato & Tonic Martini is uncomplicated. Serve with fresh grilled vegetables.
