The Scorza Chocolate, so named for its resemblance to the bark of a tree, was born in 1832 and is the first solid chocolate produced in Italy. The masters of Casa Majani have handed down for generations the special processing that gives a unique consistency to the product, obtained from a blend of 4 different varieties of cocoa.
