A limited edition of Don Papa that pays homage to the Spanish influence and heritage in the country. A sophisticated, rich and complex expression that uses four different types of barrels that have previously contained fine, pedro ximénez, cream and palo cortado. The distillate, made from molasses, ages four years in American white oak barrels to then age 18 months in the four types of barrels to finally be mixed to produce this expression, the most sophisticated and soft, Bleeding Heart Rum Company.
