Thalarn is a red wine from Costers del Segre produced by Castell d'Encús with the Syrah grape variety and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
This red wine is violet red in color. With intense nose and notes of medlar and fresh servant. A hedonistic point in the mouth, with notes of fresh fig and freshly ground pepper. Its aftertaste is long and complex.
This wine will develop all its complexity in the bottle, it has not been filtered or clarified, and therefore deposits may appear over time. Decanting is recommended.
