Viuda Negra Nunca Jamás is a vegan red wine from Rioja produced by Bodegas Javier San Pedro Ortega with the Tempranillo grape variety and an aging of 10 months in French oak barrels.
Made in 225-litre French oak barrels for 14 days at low temperatures, seeking aromatic complexity until the end of malolactic fermentation.
It is a red wine taken from the country of Neverland where nobody wants to grow up. Thus, expressing its more youthful character, it shows us its complexity in the fruit. Due to its young spirit, its label is reinvented every year in the hands of different people important to this project.
