Pago de los Capellanes Joven Roble is a red wine produced by the Pago de los Capellanes winery, which belongs to the D.O. Ribera del Duero. It is a cheerful and fresh red wine, with subtle tannins and vibrant acidity.
It comes from a selection of plots in the vineyards of Sta. Gadea, with clay-calcareous soil, very poor in fertility and low production. Once made, the wine rests in 300-liter French oak barrels for 5 months.
Pago de los Capellanes Joven Roble is clean and bright cherry color, with an intense floral aroma and red fruit of the forest, assembled with light spicy touches. In the mouth it is wide, fresh, persistent and velvety.
