Juan Gil Etiqueta Azul is an organic red wine from Jumilla made with the mourvèdre, cabernet sauvignon and syrah grape varieties and is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
This vegan red wine has been made mainly with grapes from vineyards planted at 700 meters of altitude, a very concentrated, complex and at the same time very elegant wine is obtained after passing through a careful selection of French and American oak barrels for 18 months. .
This vegan wine has an intense cherry color with a garnet rim and a powerful aroma of black fruit, roasted coffee and balsamic notes. Complex and well structured, unctuous and mature, pleasant on the palate and very persistent, with roasted notes of cocoa and spices. Balanced and harmonious, tasty and with a long and elegant finish marked by the "sweetness" of noble tannins of very ripe fruit that show their potential in the bottle.
