Created in Corsica in Bastia in 1925 by Emmanuel Casabianca, the Pastis Casanis continues its history in Marseille, which explains the double coat of arms on its label. Derived from the slow distillation of green anise, star anise and licorice infusion, Casanis is characterized by its light, floral nose, subtle, fresh green anise flavor, and straw yellow color. Connoisseurs enjoy it very little water, almost natural.
