In 1887 the owners of the Sánchez Romate wineries began to produce a different and unique brandy for private consumption. Its quality soon promoted a growing fame and the winery decided to market it under the name of Cardenal Mendoza.

Nebulis is the result of a second aging of Cardenal Mendoza Clásico 15 years in 250-litre barrels subjected to intense toasting with vine shoots from our vineyards in Jerez. On the nose a gradual evolution is observed, the soft initial smoky notes gain intensity over time. On the palate, the brandy is assembled with spicy notes of fresh tobacco and the elegant smoke of the vine, inviting you to repeat the experience.
It is a dark and intense mahogany brandy because it has not been cold filtered. Gradual evolution in aroma until reaching soft smoky and aromatic notes. Spicy notes integrated with the classic sweetness of Cardenal Mendoza, and distinguished smoky nuances of the vine shoot. Long and elegant finish.
