Llopart Llegat Familiar 2010 is an organic sparkling wine made with the Xarel lo grape from the Paulino vineyard, delicately harvested by hand.
The year 2007 was a dry year, with rains concentrated in April that made it possible to reinforce the water reserves of the soil and to which the vine was able to cover during the summer, the grapes reaching the harvest with an excellent balance between acidity and sweetness.
Aged in rhyme for more than 13 years. Coup de poignée made at different times throughout aging, to enhance contact between the wine and the lees and thus improve the autolysis of the yeasts and the transfer of their organoleptic characteristics to the wine.
After disgorgement, the Corpinnat Llegat Familiar rests for a minimum of 6 months, in a subtle refinement that restores calm to the wine and favors the future expression of the richness of nuances and textures that they have been acquiring over time.
