Llopart Brut Nature Reserva is an organic Corpinnat Brut Nature made with the Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grape varieties by the Llopart winery.
Located in a unique enclave, in the municipality of Subirats, in the mountainous area of the Alt Penedès, the Can Llopart estate comprises 500 hectares between vineyards and forests at an average altitude of 360 meters. The 100 hectares of their own vineyard are the essence of their personality. They cultivate the land in an ecological way, according to the parameters of sustainable cultivation, with the utmost respect for the environment.
The peculiar geological configuration of their farm, of rugged orography in the form of slopes and terraces, and with a shallow depth of earth, gives rise to vines with a large root extension, limited vigor and one of the lowest productions in their area. viticultural.
This organic sparkling wine has a very bright pale yellow color. Fine and very integrated bubble. Penetrating and clean, with hints of white and citrus fruits in perfect balance, all accompanied by delicate touches of toast and creamy fruit of its long aging.
