AT Roca Rosat Brut Reserva is an organic Brut Reserva rosé sparkling wine made with the Macabeo and Grenache grape varieties by the AT Roca winery, located in the D.O. Clàssic Penedès.
This lively, balanced, round and elegant Rosé Reserva is the most modern version of sparkling rosés through the traditional Mediterranean varieties of the area.
The blend is the result of the harmony of the Macabeo of 9 plots of calcareous soils, gravels and nodules of limestone located between 320m and 450m high in the Costers d'Ordal and the Garraf Massif, with the Grenache Noir plots of calcareous clays and pebbles in the Anoia River Basin subzone.
Clean and bright, it has a subtle pale salmon color. Fine and persistent bubble of medium evolution with abundant formation of rosaries and crown.
The nose is clean, frank and elegant. The aromas of puppet apple dominate on a background of red fruits where strawberries and raspberries stand out.
In the mouth it is very fruity, fresh and of magnificent acidity, fine and elegant, with the carbonic very creamy and well combined.
Overall it is lively, balanced, round and elegant.
Aging: Minimum 20 months in bottle.
