Gramona III Lustros Brut Nature is an organic and biodynamic Corpinnat made with the Macabeo and Xarel·lo grape varieties by Gramona.

After an intense work in search of the optimum maturity, we proceed to the manual harvest in boxes of 20 kg. The bunches go to the selection table, entering by gravity, they are pressed whole, obtaining 50% extraction and meticulously separating the fractions. The must is fermented in 600 and 300 liter French oak barrels for various uses at a controlled temperature in a cold room at 14ºC. A fresh, elegant base wine with a strong skeleton is obtained. One of the watchwords from the first moment is to achieve harmony between the aromatic expressiveness of the varietal, maintain its characteristic tonality and avoid an excessive contribution of tannins at all times.

Aged in rhyme for more than 36 months.

100% handmade process. During the time of rest in the silence of the cellar they use a cork stopper that allows the longest aging. They use desks, the removal and uncorking are done manually.

They use a cork stopper during aging for all their sparkling wines older than 5 years and also for the Argents range. The rhyming, stirring, desk, uncorking, labeling and cellophane processes are manual.

At sight, its old gold color is surprising with flashes of "onion skin". On the nose it has a subtle and complex profile. Floral: poppies, fresh red roses. Red fruits: wild strawberries, blueberries, currants. The aging is manifested in the form of puff pastry, English cream. A touch of vanilla, fennel. A note of minerality (chalk) is fixed in the background of the set. Its entry into the mouth is very fresh. It shows a good skeleton that rests on the fruit. Crisp and fully integrated carbonic that melts with sustained acidity.

It pairs with all kinds of appetizers. Very nice with spicy, oriental, Thai, Caribbean food. Also with Mediterranean cuisine, it is a great ally of the best raw materials.
