Squid ink fideua pasta.
It is the ideal pasta to serve 2-3 servings and it is so easy to cook that you only have to put it in a paella, with garlic and chilli, brown the noodles, add mussels and chopped squid. Stir it with squid ink and add the fish stock (not included) that covers everything and let it cook until the stock evaporates.
Cook time: 3-4 minutes
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, egg, squid ink and garlic.
