Gramona La Maca is an organic white wine and a biodynamic wine produced by the Gramona winery, located in the D.O. Penedès, with the Macabeo grape variety.
This biodynamic white wine has a pale yellow color with a bright rim. On the nose, notes of white flowers, such as orange blossom, surround its fruit character, such as green apple, pear, nectarine and lemon peel, with herbaceous, aniseed and spicy hints. Yeast notes from working with the lees and a very fine toasted touch. On the palate its entrance is subtle and fresh, sane with a silky texture. It is accompanied by a slightly astringent note and a very refreshing finish.
