Miranda d'Espiells is a organic white wine made by the Juvé&Camps winery that belongs to the D.O. Penedès. Miranda d'Espiells is a monovarietal white wine made from Chardonnay grapes from its vineyards on the Propietat d'Espiells estate.
It offers a complex aromatic expression in which notes of ripe white fruit stand out on a citrus background and a wide, silky, velvety mid palate, with the fullness that gives it a pleasant acidity. This 100% Chardonnay white wine also shows a certain tropicality (pineapple) and Mediterraneanity (aniseed notes reminiscent of fennel). It is a balanced and elegant white, very frank, very varietal. It stands out for its freshness, finesse and good acidity. It ferments in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness.
