Mestres Coquet Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a Cava made with the Xarel.lo, Parellada and Macabeo grape varieties by Cavas Mestres.
This Brut Nature Cava is straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fine foam and good evolution in the glass. Very elegant cava with aromatic richness where notes of white fruit -white perch, reineta apple- and citrus -pomelo, orange peel- stand out. With a step through the mouth structured, frank, where the carbon is very integrated and long put-taste. It emphasizes the freshness of the notes of fruits combined with the notes of aging and maturity. It is a cava easily admissible at any time of the meal.
