Pissarres is a red wine from Priorat made by Costers del Priorat with the Grenache, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties and is aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
Balance of fruit and minerality, of cariñena and grenache, of fleshiness and vegetable freshness. Harmony between the fruits of the two large farms, Mas Alsera in Torroja and Sant Martí in Bellmunt: a link between the wild center and the warm south of the region. All this is Pissarres, its most representative wine and the reference to understand the personality of Costers del Priorat. A friendly and honest welcome.
The world of colors and aromatic sensations that we find walking along any Priorat path is concentrated in this wine that is the mirror of our region. Dark red, depth, energy and the wisdom of the selected costers. In the mouth it is complex. It brings together ripe fruits, memories of the Mediterranean scrub and also a characteristic sharp and cold note, a mark of the extreme minerality of the llicorella slate soils.
