Acústic Negre 2020

Acústic Negre is a red wine made by Acústic Celler, which belongs to the D.O. Montsant. Coming from old noble vineyards of Grenache and Carignan in the D.O. Montsant. The vineyards are diverse and come from the area of ​​Els Guiamets, Marçà, Capçanes, Cornudella del Montsant and El Masroig located between 300 and 700 meters above sea level; aged 35 to 65, the vines grow in poor, stony soils with a combination of clay, stony sand and pebbles.
Acústic contains 30% Grenache, which provides finesse, fruit and femininity, and 70% Carignan, which provides color, structure and masculinity.

With great respect for the grapes, they look for the varietal expressiveness of these native grapes. They macerate the wine for 10 to 15 days. Subsequent aging in 1 and 2 French oak wine barrels with very light toasting for 9-10 months. It is not filtered or clarified to preserve its purest identity.

It is a balanced red wine, pure, vine, fruity, acoustic, juicy cherry color, lilac hue. Aroma of red fruit, violet, dressing herbs, spicy. Fruity, tasty, full, complex, long, unctuous, good acidity and long aftertaste. Pure poetry of finesse and pleasure.
